This is another one of my favourites!! I just love the girly cakes! After two boys, my friend was very excited to finally have her little princess. So, when it came to Sophie's 1st birthday party, it was certain to be princess themed! The cake itself was two tiers of white chocolate mud cake covered in a white chocolate ganache-yum!The 'towers' were made of waffle cones drizzled in white chocolate and then lightly coated with pink and purple sprinkles. A sugar art figurine of the birthday girl sits proudly on top of her cake castle!
